Taking into account your wishes, your travel experience (what you liked/didn’t like last time), your desired budget, I offer options, based, among other things, on my personal experience - hotel inspections, my own vacation, reviews of real tourists who vacationed this season. I formulate the search results into a preliminary proposal.
Usually I give a choice of 3 different hotels.
If you are given a choice of 50 hotels that are very similar to each other, it means they didn’t understand you, or they are not professional enough in this area, since they give you a choice without filtering.
Next, I receive feedback: what I liked visually, what fit the budget, what was missing from the proposed options. I pick up your idea and choose an option, discussing the details with you. I always advise you to choose a better option than paying on the spot for a “bus to the sea”. Hidden surcharges always cost more than a tour in which these services are included in advance.
By contacting multiple agents at the same time, you will confuse yourself. You waste the time and effort of several specialists at the same time, and devote twice as much of your precious time to processing incoming information.
