Using the example of a program for Milan Fashion Week from 23 to 29 September 2015. There were shows, presentations, private parties of such famous brands as Armani, Prada, Gucci, Versace and others...

Within the framework of the following program, our clients were provided with:

• the right to participate in all events, carefully planning your travel in order to attend the most popular parties and presentations of the most famous designers;
• access to Milan Fashion Week headquarters, CNMI service center
• access to all exclusive Fashion Week events

 

Program by day

Day 1. Arrival

• Arrival in Italy. Transfer to the hotel from a luxury car (by agreement) with an assistant. Hotel accommodation (Grand Hotel Fasano, Villa Principe, Grand Hotel Terme, Grand Hotel Villa Feltrinelli, Lefay Resort & Spa Lago di Garda).
• Meet your personal butler who will be able to fulfill your every wish on the spot!
• Welcome drink.
• Relax in the hotel spa center. Possibility of organizing a private visit to the SPA.
• Romantic dinner by candlelight.

 

Day 2. Excursion to the lake. Garda

• Meeting with a stylist and presentation of exclusive outfits for a stay on Lake Garda. Excursion to the most picturesque corners of Lake Garda on a private boat (Riva model) with fruits and refreshments on board.
• Lunch at a restaurant overlooking the picturesque lake (2 Michelin stars).
• Return to the hotel.
• Relax in the hotel's SPA center.
• Dinner at one of the most luxurious restaurants on Garda

 

Day 3. Visit to the Golf Country Club Garda

• Visit to the Golf Country Club Garda (www.gardagolf.it), opportunity to play/lesson with an Italian champion.
• Lunch Ristorante Buca 19 (exclusive restaurant with a fantastic chef)
• Flight to Venice by helicopter, for an aperitif at the Cipriani Hotel (www.belmond.com/it/hotel-cipriani-venice). A boat trip is an excursion on a luxury private boat along the Grand Canal, the main street of Venice.
• Return for dinner on Lake Garda.

 

Day 4. Introduction to the Ferrari brand

• Visit to the Ferrari factory (your choice of transport is a limousine or a helicopter).
• Visit to the Ferrari Museum and Gallery. Possibility of purchasing personal belongings of famous drivers (helmet, overalls, gloves).
• Ferrari test drive on the streets of Maranello with a specialized instructor.
• If desired, it is possible to register your test drive on DVD.
• Lunch at Osteria Francescana in Modena - signature cuisine   www.osteriafrancescana.it/index.php).
• Return to the hotel.
• Romantic dinner.

 

Day 5. Travel to Milan

• Departure to Milan in a comfortable limousine.
• Accommodation at a hotel (Chateau Montfort, Palais Paris, Armani).
• Private meeting with stylists and clothing designers to discuss outfits for your stay in Milan.
• On the way to lunch, take a short city tour with a guide.
• Return to the hotel. Meeting with a personal makeup artist and hairdresser.
• Preparing for evening events.

 

Day 6. Shopping. Night life

• Shops accompanied by Celebrities (to be specified upon request and budget approval).
• Dinner.
• Return to the hotel and prepare for the evening's events/nightlife.

 

Day 7. Excursion to the lake. Como

• Travel to Lake Como in a limousine or sports car. Possibility of escort for movement without speed restrictions.
• A trip around the lake on a private boat.
