Step-by-step check - sheet for calculating the cost1. First meeting with the client. Deciding the scenario and timing according to the client’s wishes.
2. Preliminary assessments with an explanation of each item.
3. Menu with specifications - cake, alcohol, delicacies - full accompaniment or just control.
4. Protection and insurance of the object.
5. Installation/disassembly
6. Design decoration, creative and design solutions for tables, chairs, flower arrangements, sculptures, paintings, etc.

8. Children. If there will be children at the event (approx. 6 hours), they must be cared for and supervised. Otherwise they will be bored. Therefore, we will invite animators and create a separate full-fledged program for children, including meals. This team works in parallel, and the children will be looked after, and the little guests will seem just as heroes as their parents.
